Basketball Skills Training
Spring II 2023
The 2023 Basketball Skills and Conditioning program is designed to improve each player’s mechanics on:
Layups, Shooting , Dribbling, Passing
The pace of each basketball training session is going to be EXTREMELY FAST AND INTENSE to incorporate lots of repetitions at a high velocity for conditioning and game-time skill development. We will be working on basic basketball skills and proper mechanics in our drills at game speed, so each player can transition their skills into a game situation with confidence.
Discipline and listening skills will be enforced with an excessive conditioning component to prepare each player’s attentiveness which will increase their coachability at any level. The ultimate goal of the program is to increase each player’s confidence in their skills, attentiveness to instructions and conditioning.

AGES AND TIMES
7-9 years: 12 pm – 1 pm
10-12 years: 1 pm – 2 pm
13-15 years: 2 pm – 3 pm
