SBA Girls Development League Program

During the 10-week program, the girls will receive training to prepare them to play at the next level. The workouts are designed for girls who may want to play basketball at the school, select or rep level in the future. The fundamentals of rebounding, dribbling, shooting, passing, defense and team play will be covered. Players receive a SBA reversible jersey and water bottle.
