Train Like a Pro




Train Like a Pro program training modules focus on Ball IQ, Attack the Basket, Defense & Shooting.

Location: Tropicana Community Services, 1385 Huntingwood Drive, Scarborough (map)

Spots are limited to 20 players per session, so sign up today!

Programs will begin on the start date unless notified by SBA. All times, dates and locations are subject to change. Please check the website regularly for updates.

Refund Policy – Refunds must be requested 2 weeks prior to the program start date and are subject to a Cancellation Fee of $25. No refunds will be issued after the program start date.

Program Descriptions

Fall 2020

  • BALL HANDLING – players ball handling skills are developed through focused ball handling drills.
  • SHOOTING – players go through drills to develop shooting in game.

Spring 2020

  • ATTACK THE BASKET – players learn different ways to score from close to the basket. They also learn moves that help them to get to the basket.
  • FOCUS TRAINING – we evaluate the whole group of players and focus on the majority’s weakness.

Summer 2020

  • SKILLS & CONDITIONING – the program is develops athletes fitness, ball handling, shooting, defense and ball IQ.
  • SHOOTING – players go through drills to develop shooting in game.

Shooting 7 – 12 years old Wednesdays (Jan 15 – Mar 11) 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm $225
13 – 18 years old Wednesdays (Jan 15 – Mar 11) 7:45 pm – 9:00 pm $225

SBA reserve the right to cancel any program that does not have a minimum number of registrations.
